Introduction

When Charles Gallagher was a sophomore in college, he found an old newspaper clipping from the year 1940. The headline indicated that they tried to overthrow the government of the United States. He showed his professor who said it wasn't worth writing about because there were no bombs going off. But more so than your average college sophomore,Charles Gallagher knew what he was looking at in that photo.
