How to Treat a Wild Misoatosis in the Hospital

Mary Beth, this wild misoatosis is in the hospital. We're going to step up her prednisone dose. And you hinted there that you would be following PFTs and imaging. So is that just like a high-risk CT and PFTs? Is that once a year every couple years? Well, certainly somewhat as I first make a diagnosis on somebody, I'll follow up in three months with repeat PFTs.And maybe I can get away with a chest x-ray,. But you know, then a CT scan at six months. When someone's first diagnosed, I'm following them up every three months for at least the first six months.
