Sally Kohn: Is it a responsible thing to deliver children into this collection of societies? Things are really complicated and bad. And should I subject my progeny to this unhappy world? She says that's a bigger part of what's going on here than people acknowledge. Kohn: We need to renegotiate responsibilities for bringing up children. This is probably also the part where governments can play a useful role in subsidizing child care.
