Is There a Difference Between a Paper and a Bacon?
Sceptics decry study of what we might call science or philosophy coverwht realityis. Bacon suggests that all the discrepancies of apparent knowledge that we have should be collected together and put into what he calls natural history. But when you refute something that what is, you might say known to you, something that is apparent knowledge, then the question becomes, what is the word i that things appear to you to be so? That's quite different from asking whether or speculative hypothesis is true.
