Is Your Adiponectin Resistant?

When you've got too much fuel that needs to be packed up, those fat cells get hundreds of times bigger and then they replicate. inflammation actually derails your normal fat ability to produce these hormones. Leptin gets screwed up. Now you don't know if you're hungry or not. You can keep on eating. It's worse. Your adiponectin getting screwed up. So the important thing is how do we actually tame that excess fat? And so the body can do some of it by itself. The longer we give our bodies natural metabolism, our hardwiring to burn that fuel, the better it is.
