How to Deal With a Phone Denial

I ordered some weed from a dispensary but didn't realize it was in the heart of Toronto. I had to make a last minute trip at night to pick up the order so I took an Uber. The store closes at like 10-45 so I'm late and when I go to pay for the order my car declines. My phone's almost dead, it's the middle of the night, I'm a 5 hour walk away from home. If the Uber never comes, I've got no way of going home or identifying who I am to anyone. Thankfully after not too long, the Uber arrives and I got home safely.
