The Importance of Community in Music
Tape-op was by far the hip-est recording magazine and probably zine of all time. It was meeting so many cool people doing different things in different parts of the country as well. And when they moved out here, it was like, welcome to the miners because they're friends with Robert and everybody. There's definitely a build of community, too. Just the sort of like-mindedness and everything. Being in music is great in that way. Music is like this thing that humans do that brings us together. We use it when we're together, too.
