The rise of AI gives an excuse for all sorts of other things to happen that have kind of been held back. There's actually a really interesting project that was done at the Weizmann in Israel where they looked at different people and their diets. If you eat rice, you have a big blood spike but if you eat ice cream, you don't or whatever it is. And so the real question is, when will that stuff actually happen and what's blocking it?
