The FTC Ordered NVA to Divest 11 New Locations

In June, the Federal Trade Commission ordered NVA to divest 11 new locations after you acquired a couple smaller pet hospital chains. FTC Chair Lena Kahn said that serial acquisitions can be used by private equity firms and other corporations to roll up sectors.
