The reason was, of course, they dared not let people see in any high definition what was on the moon alive on television. They could have been photographing all those ancient glass structures they didn't want people to see. So using modern computer technology, they can basically change those ghostly figures. With computer enhancement, they could have been as crisp and clear as almost now television. That tape exists in some secret archive, and they dare not let us see it,. Because they will bring, they will enhance the background glass structures if it's ever allowed to see the light of day. Like we've done already with the crumbles they have released.
