The Unorganized Civil Society of Ukraine

In each of these cities you had folks who until that awful moment were civilians doing any number of things. In many cases that wasn't a whole lot because Ukraine is not the United States in terms of firearm ownership, it's folks can own hunting arms but it's quite a bit more regulated. And they also had a Russian force that was coming in, I guess maybe confused, doesn't quite capture it, but a force that in a lot of cases was not entering Ukraine with the level of force protection it probably should have, retrospectively.
