Is Religion a Prerequisite to Being Happy?

Sally Kohn: I think that we don't need religion but what we do need is to strengthen our values from a country by country even more micro level basis. What we lack in our communities are rules and we need to govern each other to a certain degree with acceptable and non-acceptable behaviors, she says. Those places where there are cultural standards and norms those are places where things are generally thriving and people are the most happy according to Kohn. She asks if it's not enough to simply just have a bunch of values that connect you do as well as underlying social cohesion.
