We need to insure that our time is spent in a valuable way. There are no 30 and 60 minute meetings in my calendar. That's now giving me back about a ten minute window in between. Because oftimes people are going to be late getting on the call. And maybe you need that wiggle room. But it also allows me a couple of minutes to decompress, do some critical thinking,. Maybe have a quick meeting after the meeting with other colleagues that were on the call... Then take a deep breath, have a glass of water and prep that next virtual face to face meeting.
