In 1921, Lenin tries to wage a revolutionary war in Poland. He fails and instead focuses on consolidating what they have done domestically. His health deteriorates as he struggles with grief over the death of his former lover Inesa Amun.Lenin asks Joseph Stalin if he will assist him in a suicide bid. The Soviet leader is paralyzed on his right side after suffering a stroke.
