Women's Strategy for Negotiating Your Salary
Sally Kohn: I think it's very important, especially for women, to do this. She says there are four conditions that will tell you whether or not you have the power to negotiate your salary. In her opinion, i don't think people who think they're going to make more money in their current job should go by what the market dictates and ask for a big raise. For me, having been in both sides of the equation it's if you're being severely underpaid then yes.
