The greatest players get paid the most, and they also have to mesh with their team mates. How do you think about contracts that sort of incentivise individual success and not team success? It's a huge dilemma. The patriots do a really good job of building incentive incentives around starting and playing in games. They don't incentivize base off of number of catches or touchdown through yards past. So you can still build an incentive structure to performance which is nont of the business behind the scenes.
