Joyce's charm, charisma and natural intelligence meant she was able to secure herself a relatively well-paying position as a secretary. Her social skills also proved to boon in less professional circles too, and by the time she was just 25, she was getting backstage passes to some of the hottest events in London. But unbeknownst to them, there was a darkness lurking beneath the surface. When Joyce abruptly resigned from her job in March of 2001, her colleagues were stunned.
