The Nielsa organization is very global with folks in every single one of those 85 markets and the model does differ a little bit from market to market though. We have teams that focus on just local customers we have teams thatfocus on regional customers and we have kind of above-market teams thatFocus on HQ which could be a global relationship with a large customer you know regional relationship etc. That's I think a very important part of our models making sure that customers understand that no matter their sort of org structure they're working for them.
