The Importance of Characterization in Jim Henson's Monster Manual
I was still on the stage of emulation at that point. I'm thinking of, you know, what would Arthur Rackham have done or how would they be portrayed in a Jim Henson fantasy movie? So like the Cobold in the monstrous manual was always one of my favorites because he's got that stick with the scorpion on it. Like it tells you so much about that cobold and everything that you need to know about cobolds. And I remember now I actually had a pet emperor scorpion that yeah, I don't know. It's Florida. See you were living the monster manual is what you're telling us.
