Nayak External Council

The original nayak programme had an external council to help guide it towards the edge of what's possible. And so we have a whole bunch of hole bunches, nine, eight, eight experts from the fieldthe different fields,. They are not involved in the selection process at all, but they do give us feedback each year on what we selected.
