Python Release Cycle and CI

The Python release cycle has been driven into a way to deal with CI. I suspect Django is going to get more like that too. It would be nice if 4.0 was the LTS and you could just be 4.0 point, the point two doesn't help book authors. So it's not all about the book authors, even though, yeah, that would be easier if a book, you know, didn't go out of date so quickly. The point is to get this cadence down at some point.
