I'm Not the Centre of the Universe, but I've Got Responsibility
Sometimes in life we want to be the centre of the nee. But if it's not just me, then i don't have to come up with everything on my own. If i'm not in a flow state, just allow myself to not being a flow state,. and eventually it will return to me. When we're in that flow state, we're not as easily motivated or manipulated by thoughts of success or failure. We do what we do for the simple enjoyment of doing it. It's a different way to come to work. And i think it helps groups of people. Can an organization experience flow? Can an organization's culture be autotelic? Ye like the mission
