Gravitational waves are the waves in space itself, right? How do you make waves in space? What does that even mean? Well, remember that we know now that space is not just like where things happen in the universe. It's a thing in it of itself. It can do things sthat emptiness or nothingness can't do. For example, if you put a big mass in space, what happens? Well, space bends around that mass. That changes the curvature of space. So that's why the earth moves in a circle around the sun - because its most natural motion makes that way. And that's why objects always take the shortest path available to them. If
