GraphQL: A New Technology to Reduce Chatter on the Network

GraphQL was a response to a problem that more keenly felt where you have low bandwidth communication. If you have to talk to many, many resources to get information from different places then the amount of chatter on the network increases. Facebook producer language called GraphQL which allows the client to be much more specific and detailed in terms of its data requirements. And this is really, really useful when you're writing applications or mobile apps for example.
