How to Overcome Complexity in Prayer

I think there is this natural or in children this insuitiveness and I think Jesus you know when he said that their angels see the face of God more than than anyone else. As we get older a number of things happen one we move from a heart posture to a head posture largely because as children we're very vulnerable, open and feeling. We start to rationalize a lot more and that's not negative but it starts to over complicate easy so for example if you eat really bad food sugar alcohols and fats you will be depressed try and tell that God loves someone that God loves them when they depressed and they will hear it here but they can't inhabit that reality.
