What Are the Guidelines for the Free Dress Day?

i'm imagining there's probably a few principles out there listening, going, i'd really like to bring this into my school. They could maybe start with something like, just start with smaller decisions and have some discussions around which of the options choose. With 30 kids, that would be hard. But you could just break it up into like four groups or so, and say, each group to come up with some ideas,. And then to facilitate representatives from each group and kind of a final process. Or you could just have body dump a bunch of ideas in a bucket and then kind of pick some out into a consent process. So that could work too.
