The Transition From a Search Funder to an Independent Sponsor
Nicholas: He was looking for a change to the status quo. I thought it was a great fit in that I had a skill set with strategy and kind of that industry perspective from Linux also. And he knew the day to day stuff, even to this day, I'm quite mediocre on the technical items within HVAC. So I like the idea of relying on someone else to help me manage the operations.
