I wonder, and this is speculation, whether knowing that we might ask them about any aspect of their experience in their work has led them to self examine more. I think if i was being asked every month what i'd just done in my working life and how everything was, i might start to sort of make more mental notes, i guess. Maybe because i know aspects of their life very, very clear, right? But i don't really know them at all, right? Like we're not friends. There is that kind of strange sort of aspect to this whole thing as well.
