How Do You Develop Leadership Skills?

How do you develop leadership skills? I think it's something that has to come naturally to you. There's not one skill that's best fit for everybody. It does take an ego check to be like, right, howd what ae we what's the mission? That's right, as a pilot, what's my mission? Who are the people me and then how do i support them to get promoted?
