Is There a Rule Base for Property Rights?

There is a natural law woven into the created world already. What we want to do is come up with practical approximations to natural law rather than try to invent laws for ourselves and get certain outcomes. A big principle of kind of libertarian legal theory that I think is a good one is what's called homesteading. Once you have that one principle, now there's borders, boundaries, private properties. This bit of land is mine. I tilled the land. I planted the crops. It's true for work. You put energy into it. So once you have those boundaries, a lot of legal issues just automatically solved.
