A New Dinosaur From the Triassic of the Connecticut Valley
Podecasaurus holeocensis is a new dinosaur from the triassic of the connecticut valley. It was discovered by an American woman on a walk with her sister in 19 11. She became the first woman to discover and name a dinosaur. The species would have stood about a foot tall, but it could not be identified due to lack of cartilage. But its shape and position suggested that it was likely carnivorous. A deposit found in what would have been the dinosaur's digestive track suggests they were migratory or had travelled significant distances for food.
