Batman Begins, Is It a Superhero Movie?

The Dark Knight was conceived as a partial adaptation of Alan Moore's The Killing Joke, the 1996 comic The Long Halloween. Christopher Nolan said that he wanted to tell a very large city story. People have been trying to chase this like it's an adult, it's a superhero film for adults. But also it is really adult, I mean people are murdered in this movie.
