How to Localize a Bleed?

A bleed that's between what you typically think of as a clear upper lower source can present a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. A tag red blood scan is the most sensitive localizing scan, but accuracy is widely variable. C t angio detects bleeding at point three to point five c cs per minute. There are issues with doing a c t an geography. If either of these studies turn positive, the keyis to have intervential radialgy already on board before you get the study done.
