The Moral Condition of Needs
If you're starving, are you justified always in stealing bread? That's a joke. So this question of need in some situations makes a lot of sense. And in some ways, this breaks down how we think about the decisions that we make. Rhetoric is a tool of convincing somebody of a position or an argument and not even an argument, but technically correct. But need bears within a certain amount of weight.
