Is Bradley Beal on a Five Year, Two Hundred Million Dollar Contract?

The Wizards signed Bradley Beal to a five year, two hundred and fifty million dollar contract. The team is going to be 11 and 16 for the next three or four years. They're going to be a 35 to 36 win team. And my concern with Beal is like that contract isgoing to be depreciating.
