How to Create a Workout Program for Your Kids

With social media being such a integrate part of our lives to day, we can really get pulled in by these cool, you know, exciting variations in different types of exercises. I think that sometimes it can be easy to want to do the fancy new move that youare seeing on social media. But when i'm looking at creating a programm for someone, i want it to feel accessible and have foundational movements that will really help them move the needle in their fitness. And so i i tend to go back to those as i'm building my workouts, and then also sprinkle in some of the more fun, exciting things that will keep them coming back and entertained in that.
