The Case for Reservation Policy for the Shadukas

The lead Christians have been asking reservation for almost 20 years now and the churches in India, South Church and all India Church set up a committee studied the discrimination. So they should be provided protection against discrimination in the form of law. National Sample Survey provided as a data separately for Shadukas, OBC and other Muslim and the performance of the Shadukas with respect to certain indicators in the poor. If they suffered from discrimination if they are denied equal right to equal opportunity directed in constitution on the basis of their identity then there is a case for reservation policy and legal safeguard to them against discrimination.
