The Way of the Wind is about a manager who finds himself trapped in this productivity vortex. The main character's name is Austro, which is also the name of the wind that blows from the south. In trying to find a new vision, he actually finds out there is a lot more than vision and motivation. But then I will leave the reader to find out what it is I'm talking about.
