Is There a Proincumbency Effect in India Right Now?
After neru, you know, narsimara is the agenda setto for the next three to four decades, right? Almost. And i suspect that as you're seeing more and more of a pro incumbency vote in india right now, which means that voters are rewarding good governance more than they used to. Even within the bureaucracy, your seeing certain bureaucrats who are experts on finance or health, or in infra structure, being pushed in the states. But this is speculation, and its a very good question. An my book doesn't answer e my own tint if an answer. This is not based on research. Mean, i know because i've researched it, right?
