How to Diagnose a Patient With CLL

If your white count is less than 5000 but you have lymph nodes, then that's called SLL. And the doctor ran a peripheral blood flow and they picked up some clone of CLL or, you know, these clonal cells, and that would be called as MBL. In my times, I just use CLL just kind of explaining to them in an easy term. Next question is like, when do you first see a patient with CLL and whom you are planning to initiate treatment?
