The last word is inspect. First one, respect, second one, expect. N the last one to inspect to look at what they've done. Our criticalness can be so deflating. An attitude of encouragement to respect and believe who they can be  and what they can do. Give em ex ations. And then tell em, kindness, for you, to day means you're going to help him put that puzzle together,. You're going to say, good job.
