The d'Angelo Russell Flagrant File

The D'Angelo Russell flagrant file I thought was extremely soft. He goes up the block to shot. This is the playoffs. Like flagrant file. But that doesn't make players soft. The rules are a lot softer. If that's a flagrant file, is that where we're selling? Or do we need to go revisit these flagrant file rules?
