Elon Musk - Is He a Visionary?
Elon Musk seems to defy the conventional approach of CEOs who are very risk-averse when it comes to media. He's bought Twitter but even before then he'd be flippant often seemingly flippant with comments. It generates a set of marketing buzz that ends up selling more product you could say or creates certain brand value that you wouldn't have otherwise. And so whatever the outcome I think is extremely difficult for an investment manager to judge a company which even Musk is directly in control of.
