Why a Block Chain Is Necessary for Something Like That?
I don't see why a block chain would ever be necessary for something like that. Why not just use plain old private key, per technology, to sign ownership over to something? And then you still get the benefit of its public in a public key is signed by a private key. Public key is published on both sides. Everybody can know what it is.
