Transitioning to a New Career Field

I don't get the fact that like the careers that we're in aren't necessarily as high demand as other things out there. There are a lot of trades that need people to pursue them because we're running short. The fact that my particular skill set doesn't mean that I'm not high demand career doesn't bother me. We've got a huge earning potential, which is why we're going to go over to super chats.
