How Do I Detect All Services?

The grouping of all services is going to be vastly larger than the grouping of all malicious services. An attacker could create a new registry, key with all the proper values associate with it and then wait for reboot. And so an attacker, in theory, could cuor, well, in practice, could create that registry, key or something completely different. Ye, ye, eh. Let's just act like we're doing it now, right?
