The Power of Steam and Smoke

I love the journaling aspect because I really wanted to meditate through that. It's really cool about steam and smoke like we use in yoga, the sage, the bottle Santos. The reason why we do that is smoke is really good at cleansing energetic energy. So if you haven't cleansed your yoni, what is still there? Especially if you're a woman with vulva and seeing males with penises, he's literally leaving a part of him inside you every single time. And so I think that was really cool for me to want to go through something like that.
