Do People Really Believe a Pizzagate?

There is a theory that I was thinking about. It's not mine. It comes from a book that I briefly cite in chapter seven of the parasitic mine. They argued that we did not evolve the reason capacity to pursue some domain general truth. But rather, we evolved the capacity to reason to win arguments. And therefore, I think I would piggyback on that explanation and apply it in your conspiratorial model.
