John Avlon: We knew about the Hobby Lobby decision before it was released. He says that's key to finding out who did it, because they put their lives at risk. Avlon said he and his colleague Andrew Sullivan were speculating on a left-wing leaker in the days leading up to the Dobbs ruling. The leak came after Reverend Robert L. Shank sent a letter to Chief Justice John Roberts asking for help tracking down the source of the leaked opinion.
