I Love the Ability to Improvise, and the Learning Never Stops

I love the ability to improvise, like you said, let's say you have a teacher out. I just love the fact that you're all working together as a team and nobody gets left behind. We've very much to a mindset of, okay, they're all your students,. All 57 schools, all 33,000 students, they're ours. And we should care as much about those students who are in middle-struck, as we should about those students sat in front of us. They're all part of the same family.
